Visit owners in their shop or office and show them Datana on their own products — the till, stock, reports.
Load products, add cashiers, connect printers and walk them through their first sale using the onboarding checklist.
Keep in touch with every client you've onboarded so they keep using Datana and get value from it.
Log and resolve your clients' support tickets, and escalate to the Datana team when it needs us.
Your dashboard shows your leads, follow-ups due, clients and commission — with a digest every morning at 7.
